About Justine
My life as a successful businesswoman, wife and mother changed overnight in 2005, after the sudden suicide of my sister, Rachael. I was abused and traumatised as a child and Rach had always been my security blanket – I just didn’t know how to live in a world without her.
Struggling to come to terms with her death, I had a breakdown which left its mark in ongoing depression and anxiety. I was so unhappy and knew something had to change – I just had no idea how to even begin.
I tried several different approaches before I started collaborating with a wonderful mentor, Barbara Andrews , who guided and supported me as I transformed my life.
With Barbara’s help, I learned how to heal old wounds and integrate trauma I had experienced as a child. I learned how to navigate the challenges that life throws at us. I learned how to change beliefs and behaviors that weren’t serving me, and I developed a strong sense of personal power.
Most of all, I learned what it is to truly love myself and what makes my heart sing – and I was surprised to find out that I’m more creative than I’d ever given myself credit for!
I also realized that my life’s purpose is to support others on their journey so in 2015 I wrote Start Being Happy: Proven Practices for Joyful Life and the book became the blueprint for my online course – Roadmap to Joy.
Sharing the techniques that turned my life around has given me a great sense of joy and fulfillment. I’ve experienced their efficacy firsthand and I know we can all create the life of our dreams if we are given the tools and we’re willing to put in the work.

Wellbeing Coaching
Supporting others on their journey to a rich and meaningful life is my passion and my purpose.
In our sessions we’ll share knowledge, skills and life experience in a collaborative approach to reaching your full potential.
Together we will gently examine your fears and hopes; find solutions for your challenges; or work towards integration of painful experiences.
All my practices and techniques are heart centred and will vary according to your needs. They will also include both traditional and alternative therapies.
There is no rush or deadlines with our sessions. They each take approximately 60 minutes and geared specifically to you, and for you, with the utmost respect for your wellbeing.
Our sessions can take place in person in Melbourne, or via telephone, Skype or Zoom.
